CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 48- hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s). Less than 24 hour notice is considered a NO-SHOW will be charged 100% of service amount. All clients have a 15 minute grace period after 15minutes your appt will be cancelled and you will be 100% responsible for the cost of your appt.
